1. Commission Agreements & Retainers

Engagements with The LA Events atelier are secured strictly upon execution of a formal Commission Agreement and receipt of the required non-refundable retainer. Date reservations are held on a first-confirmed basis to ensure undivided focus by our creative team.

2. Spatial & Architectural Intellectual Property

All architectural renderings, sketch schematics, mood boards, and proprietary rigging concepts created during the design phase remain the exclusive intellectual property of The LA Events and Abdul Rahim Rezaie.

3. Venue Regulations & Structural Safety

The client agrees to provide reasonable access to the private estate or venue for technical walkthroughs, load calculations, and installation timelines. The LA Events adheres to all California fire codes, city noise curfews, and venue load guidelines.

4. Force Majeure & Weather Contingencies

For open-air outdoor and coastal commissions (including Bel Air and Malibu), contingency layouts and structural weather protections are established in collaboration with the client.

5. Governing Law

These terms and all related commission agreements are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, United States.
