How far in advance should we commission The LA Events?
Because our principal designer Abdul Rahim Rezaie personally oversees every commission, we strictly limit the number of engagements accepted each season. For full-scale estate weddings and milestone galas, we recommend inquiring 6 to 12 months in advance. For architectural balloon installations and brand activations, we require a minimum of 3 to 6 weeks for design rendering and structural fabrication.

What distinguishes Architecture of Air from conventional balloon decor?
Architecture of Air is a sculptural fine-art discipline pioneered by our sister atelier, LA Balloonist. Unlike standard balloon arches, our works utilize engineered internal armatures, custom double-layered chromatic tones matched to Pantone specs, and mathematical tension balance to create museum-grade structural installations that seamlessly interact with luxury architectural surroundings.

Do you provide comprehensive event planning and estate management?
Yes. The LA Events offers end-to-end luxury event design and production. Our team coordinates bespoke spatial layout, luxury tenting and flooring, atmospheric lighting, acoustic engineering, private chef integration, floral design, valet logistics, and private security detail.

Which locations across Southern California do you serve?
Our primary atelier is based in Burbank, CA, and our signature commissions frequently take place across Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Holmby Hills, Malibu, Pacific Palisades, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, San Marino, and Pasadena. We are also available for select destination commissions across the United States and abroad upon request.
05 / INSURANCE & VENUE COMPLIANCE
Are your structural installations fully insured and venue-compliant?
Without exception. We carry comprehensive commercial general liability insurance ($2M+) and provide Certificates of Insurance (COI) tailored to your private estate or venue requirements. Our rigging and installations leave zero marks, residue, or structural damage on historic estates or sensitive architectural finishes.

How does the Priority Patron Card program work?
The Priority Card provides our distinguished patrons with reserved date holding, priority emergency turnaround, direct 24/7 atelier access, and complimentary design rendering credits. Patrons can check their balance and status directly through our private portal.
